The OLM DEI Certification program, available to sincere community-focused stakeholder brands, projects and programs (i.e. 501c3 nonprofit organizations, therapeutic development companies, consulting organizations, etc.), offers a thorough diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) evaluation of the public-facing content, partnership agreements, community-focused protocols, etc.
Each certification is facilitated by a group of OLM DEI experts in order to communicate and represent the organic real world voices of the people.
The OLM DEI Certification program requires an annual review of long-term domains with regular content updates.
Stable forms and pages that do not undergo changes upon receiving certification do not require annual reviews.
The DEI Public Report provides any member of the public to report any concerning content found on an OLM DEI certified page and/or domain, at any time. Upon the submission of a DEI Public Report, the OLM DEI team initiates an investigation into the reported content claims and works with the content owner(s) to address substantiated claims, which may include but are not limited to unLearning sessions.
If you have any questions regarding the program, please do not hesitate to contact us.
